We’re all about the process

How do we start?

There are a number of variables that come into play when defining a project’s technical requirements. Besides issues like timing and team training, we have to consider the language combinations, areas of knowledge, client specifications, document length and deadline, the purpose of the translated information, the linguistic quality of the original, editing requirements and matters pertaining to media and format. All this information is crucial to defining the exact framework for each project and getting it off to the best of starts. And it’s the client who has first-hand knowledge of most of this information. That’s why we prioritize communication with our clients: knowing what they need and what they expect is of paramount importance to us. Because their success is our success.

Our working method

Our working method, based on the Taguchi methodology, consists of preliminary control of each task in the process so we get it right the first time around. This approach is evident throughout the translation process and includes adapting software as well as skills and capabilities and, if necessary, training team members. These are the foundations of our commitment to bringing both short- and long-term projects to a successful, timely conclusion with the desired quality.

Thanks to our philosophy and expertise, we meet demands in just about any language and on any subject. Whatever the project, we find the most appropriate process to carry it out and if there isn’t one, we create it.
