UNE-EN ISO 17100
We are certified in accordance with standard UNE-EN ISO 17100 for translation services, a benchmark in the sector that ensures all our processes are a guarantee of quality. This certification is synonymous with qualified professionals, a fully traceable system and the strictest quality control mechanisms. The standard also requires that every project be revised by a second linguist. Nothing is left to chance.
Quality assurance (QA)
We use all the tools necessary to guarantee the quality of our projects. Prior analysis of each text, translation memory quality filters, project-specific checklists, double revision of texts – by different professionals – and focused cross-checking according to the particular characteristics of each project are just some of the essential steps taken before a job is considered ready for delivery.

Our team combines expertise with ongoing training to provide quality services with an up-to-date approach to stay ahead of the game. And, naturally, all newcomers are required to provide demonstrable qualifications and we are actively involved in their in-house training.
